Two H.I.S. German classes visited a science exhibition organised by the Grade 10 students. They showcased their models of the DNA double helix—the structure of our genetic code. The interactive event gave 8th and 9th graders a preview of future H.I.S. science topics. Students explored both physical and digital models, with many finding the hands-on, creative displays especially engaging.

To make the visit more meaningful, students answered questions about the double helix and voted on the top three presentations. Maahi, Brian, and Veronika were chosen for their outstanding models and explanations.

The exhibition was a great success, sparking curiosity and appreciation for models in science through student-led learning.
